Notice of Abandoned One Manufactured Home and Misc. Personal Property
One (1) 1977 "LIBERTY" manufactured dwelling, Home ID No. 216420, Serial No. 09L11848; located at 2395 Redwood Avenue, Space No. 91, Grants Pass, OR 97527, along with miscellaneous personal property, has been abandoned by Ms. Brenda L. Miller. Manufactured dwelling and misc. personal property are sold AS IS; the home may contain toxins such as asbestos, lead or mold. Bidders are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before submitting offers.
High bidder shall remove and dispose of all remaining personal property at high bidder's expense. All repairs, clean up and removal-as needed-shall be in compliance with community rules and standards using licensed contractors and required permits.
Sale is by private bidding with sealed bids with a minimum bid of $8,049.50 This amount does not include any unpaid property taxes which shall be paid separately by high bidder. Community approval is required before entering into a rental or storage agreement. Sealed bids shall be delivered to Tamie Kaufman, Cooperative Management, Inc., P.O Box 490, Gold Beach, OR 97444. This monthly charge, commonly referred to as “rent”, was established by a vote of the membership in December 2023. The premium includes what is listed in Section 4 of the Proprietary Lease.
SOS GREEN CANISTERS
Residents who wish to participate in the SOS Green Canister program must request the service directly through SOS. As this is an independent service, residents are responsible for coordinating payment and communication with SOS. Cooperative Management, Inc. (CMI) and the cooperative are not involved in this program and does not bill or collect fees for the service.
